Statement by President Jose F. Valencia on Current Situation in Cuba

One cannot learn and grow without self-expression and the opportunity to listen to those who can teach from their own diverse experiences. Now is the time for the Cuban government to listen as the people speak. The government must hear their needs and learn to provide for and protect their people.
