Learn how to install Office 365 Apps

Dear ASA students,

Take advantage of all the great features that Office 365 Apps offer. Follow these steps and learn how to install, and activate them.

Note: You can follow the instruction below or in the following link to install and activate your applications.

https://support.office.com/en-us/article/download-and-install-or-reinstall-office-365-or-office-2019-ona-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658

1. Open your favorite browser and type “office.com” without quotes in the address bar and hit Enter.

2. Click on “Sign in” on your top right.

3. Type your email and password and click “Sign in”.

4. Once you are logged in, click on “Install Office” and choose “Office 365 apps”.

 

5. You will be prompted to save or run app as indicated in the picture below. Click on it to install.

6. Run the app. Installation will start.

7. When installation is complete, you will see the following message.

8. Open one of the Office apps and enter your email/password to activate it. If you are not prompted to activate you will see “Activate” button in the interface.

9. Click on “Sign in” to activate your apps. Enter your asa.edu email and password to activate it.

Welcome to the 2020 Summer Semester!
