Though Professor Gibson passed away unexpectedly just a few days ago, he will live in our hearts forever. He taught some of the most challenging subjects at ASA, including Statistics and Physics. However, he would have absolutely disagreed with the word “challenging”. He often said that there was no reason why all students could not excel at math.
